OUR CLASSES
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
At Trojan Free Fighters, we offer nine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) sessions per week, all included in our membership. Our BJJ classes cater to practitioners of all skill levels, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced grappler. Led by skilled coaches, each session focuses on technique, live drilling, and sparring, helping you develop both your physical and mental game. With a strong emphasis on fundamentals and real-world application, our BJJ program is designed to help you build confidence, improve fitness, and master the art of submission grappling.
MMA Classes
At Trojan Free Fighters, we offer six Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sessions per week, all included in our membership. Our MMA classes are designed to integrate striking, grappling, and cage control, making them ideal for both beginners and advanced fighters. With experienced coaches leading the way, you’ll work on striking combinations, takedowns, submissions, and transitions between different aspects of the fight game. Each session focuses on building well-rounded skills, conditioning, and fight strategy to help you succeed in competition or simply develop a complete skill set in MMA.
Kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
At Trojan Free Fighters, we offer three kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) sessions per week, all included in our membership. Our kids' BJJ classes are designed to teach children the fundamentals of self-defense, discipline, and respect, while also building their confidence and fitness. Under the guidance of patient and experienced coaches, young students will learn techniques in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. These sessions focus on developing balance, coordination, and problem-solving skills through the art of grappling, making it an ideal program for kids of all ages and skill levels.
Boxing Classes
At Trojan Free Fighters, we run four Boxing sessions per week, all included in our membership. Our Boxing classes are designed for everyone, from beginners looking to learn the basics to experienced fighters aiming to refine their skills. Under the guidance of our expert coaches, you'll work on technique, footwork, combinations, and defensive strategies, while also improving your conditioning and overall fitness. Whether you're training for competition or just looking to get in shape, our Boxing program offers the perfect balance of skill development and high-energy workouts.
